مرحباً بك في y9 cars care. باستخدامك لموقعنا وإجراء أي عملية شراء، فإنك توافق على الشروط والأحكام التالية:

1. قبول الشروط باستخدام هذا الموقع، فإنك تقر بقراءة هذه الشروط وفهمها والموافقة عليها الكاملة.

2. المنتجات والأسعار

نحتفظ بحق تعديل الأسعار في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.

الصور المعروضة للمنتجات هي للتوضيح فقط وقد تختلف قليلاً عن المنتج الفعلي أو تغليفه.

تُشحن المنتجات مباشرة من المورد إلى العميل لضمان أفضل جودة وسرعة في التوصيل.

3. الطلبات والدفع

تُعتبر الطلبات مؤكدة بعد إتمام عملية الدفع بنجاح.

نقبل وسائل الدفع الإلكترونية المتاحة على الموقع.

في حال تعذّر توفير المنتج، يحق لنا إلغاء الطلب مع استرداد كامل للمبلغ.

4. الشحن والتسليم

تتراوح مدة التوصيل بين 7 و30 يوم عمل حسب الموقع الجغرافي للعميل، نظراً لشحن المنتجات مباشرة من المورد.

مواعيد التسليم تقديرية وقد تتأثر بعوامل خارجة عن إرادتنا كالجمارك أو ظروف الشحن الدولي.

لسنا مسؤولين عن التأخيرات الناجمة عن شركات الشحن أو الجهات الجمركية.

5. الرسوم الجمركية والضرائب

قد تُفرض رسوم جمركية أو ضرائب على الطلبات الدولية وفقاً لقوانين بلد العميل.

هذه الرسوم تقع على عاتق العميل بالكامل وليست مشمولة في سعر المنتج أو الشحن.

6. الإرجاع والاسترداد

يحق للعميل طلب الإرجاع خلال 14 يوماً من تاريخ الاستلام في حالة وجود عيب مصنعي أو خطأ في الطلب.

في حالات الإرجاع، قد يُطلب من العميل إرسال المنتج مباشرة إلى المورد وفق التعليمات التي سنوفرها.

تكاليف شحن الإرجاع على عاتق العميل إلا في حالة وجود عيب مصنعي مثبت.

يتم استرداد المبلغ خلال 7-14 يوم عمل بعد التحقق من المرتجع.

7. الملكية الفكرية المحتويات الخاصة بالموقع من شعارات وتصاميم وصور أصلية هي ملك الموردين .  فهي مقدمة من الموردين وتخضع لحقوق ملكيتهم. لا ندّعي أي حقوق حصرية على المنتجات المعروضة.

8. تحديد المسؤولية لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدام منتجاتنا بشكل مخالف للتعليمات أو عن تأخيرات الشحن الدولي.

9. التعديلات نحتفظ بحق تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. سيتم إخطار العملاء بأي تغييرات جوهرية عبر الموقع.

  • Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance or international shipping conditions.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

5. Customs Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes according to the laws of the customer's country.
  • These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the order in case of manufacturing defects or order errors.
  • For returns, customers may be required to ship the product directly to the supplier per instructions we will provide.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
  • Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after the return is verified.

7. Intellectual Property The website's original content, including logos, designs, and original images are the property of y9 cars care. Product images are provided by suppliers and are subject to their respective ownership rights. We do not claim any exclusive rights over the products listed on this site.

8. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for any indirect damages resulting from the misuse of our products or international shipping delays.

9. Modifications We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes via the website.
